摘要 项目以晋开集团现有生产装置为基础进一步将管理系统和先进的装置深度融合,主要利用双重预防体系平台的建设来提高风险感知、监测、预警、处置和评估能力;应用重大危险源综合系统平台、直流供电系统、能耗在线监测系统来实现对生产过程的监测和管理;利用供应链物流智能管理系统将工作全过程进行优化升级,实现司机到开票大厅凭手机短信及身份证到终端机打印提货单进厂提货,优化了管理操作流程,降低了人员的工作量,提高了物流运输效率。该项目从多角度加强化工企业生产过程的工艺流程、产品生产及安全风险的监测和管理,降低人为因素风险系数,降低生产运行成本,增加企业经济效益和社会效益,为企业实现高质量发展赋能,进而推动整个合成氨行业的技术进步。 Based on the existing production facilities of Jinkai Group,the project further integrates the management system and advanced facilities,mainly utilizing the construction of a dual prevention system platform to improve risk perception,monitoring,early warning,disposal,and evaluation capabilities.Apply the comprehensive system platform for major hazard sources,DC power supply system,and online energy consumption monitoring system to achieve monitoring and management of the production process.By utilizing the intelligent management system of supply chain logistics,the entire process of work has been optimized and upgraded,enabling drivers to go to the invoicing hall and print delivery notes at the terminal with their mobile messages and ID cards.This has optimized the management operation process,reduced personnel workload,and improved logistics transportation eff iciency.This project strengthens the monitoring and management of process flow,product production,and safety risks in the production process of chemical enterprises from multiple perspectives,reduces the risk coeff icient of human factors,reduces production and operation costs,increases the economic and social benef its of the enterprise,empowers the enterprise to achieve high-quality development,and further promotes the technological progress of the entire synthetic ammonia industry.
