北京小汤山医院升级改造应急工程(新建1500床临时病房)

摘要 针对疫情项目建筑规模大,时间紧,任务重,功能复杂等特点,从建筑全生命周期的角度和平疫结合的考虑,介绍了北京小汤山医院升级改造应急工程的建筑供电电源系统、供配电系统、消防报警及联动控制系统等电气系统;并从建筑设备设施,项目建设过程,后期运营和维护等众多方面,重点提出了应急医疗工程的重点及难点,防疫项目的多功能兼顾性,应急临时项目的平疫结合措施等;同时对疫情下呼吸道传染病医院的电气设计进行了总结。 Aiming at the characteristics of the epidemic project,such as large building scale,tight time,heavy task and complex function,the electrical system of the emergency project for upgrading and reconstruction of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital is introduced from the point of view of the whole life cycle of the building and the consideration of the combination of level and epidemic.From many aspects such as building equipment and facilities,project construction process,later operation and maintenance,it focuses on the key points and difficulties of the emergency medical project,the multifunctionality of the epidemic prevention project,and the measures for the combination of peace and epidemic for the emergency temporary project.The electrical design of respiratory infectious disease hospitals under epidemic conditions is summarised.
