Project Practice of Smart Community

本文通过以某住宅项目为例,结合项目实际需求,对智能家居、智慧社区平台建设目标、系统架构、实施方案进行介绍;通过定义统一的标准数据中台,搭建开放性物联网平台,对接多品类硬件设备,提供多元化智慧社区解决方案;总结智慧社区系统在建筑毛坯交付项目中的设计及应用经验,并对其在未来的发展方向进行探讨,为同类智慧社区项目建设提供一些参考。

This article takes a residential project as an example and combines the actual needs of the project to introduce the construction goals,system architecture,and implementation plan of smart home and smart community platforms;By defining a unified standard data platform,building an open Internet of Things platform,connecting multiple categories of hardware devices,and providing diversified smart community solutions;Summarize the design and application experience of smart community systems in construction blank delivery projects,and explore their future development direction,providing some reference for the construction of similar smart community projects.
