摘要
通过对Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金材料的化学成分Ni元素的优化控制以及Co、Cu元素的添加,调整了Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金材料的磁化率物理特性,提高了Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金材料的居里点,扩大了反常热膨胀效应的温度范围,降低了Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金材料的热膨胀系数。研发制造的低热膨胀系数Fe-36%Ni因瓦合金材料满足国内某制造公司应用环境的特殊要求:20~230℃温度范围内的热膨胀系数ɑ≤2.6×10^(-6)℃。
By optimizing the chemical composition Ni of Fe-36%Ni invar alloy material and adding Co and Cu elements,the physical properties of magnetic susceptibility of Fe-36%Ni invar alloy material have been adjusted,the Curie point of Fe-36%Ni invar alloy material has been improved,the temperature range of anomalous thermal expansion effect has been expanded,and the thermal expansion coefficient of Fe-36%Ni invar alloy material has been reduced.The developed and manufactured low thermal expansion coefficient Fe-36%Ni invar alloy material have met the special requirements of the application environment of a domestic manufacturing company:the thermal expansion coefficientɑ≤2.6×10^(-6)℃in the temperature range of 20~230℃.
