大型空冷发电机用25CrNi1MoV钢转轴锻件制造工艺研究

摘要 介绍了使用25CrNi1MoV钢制造大型空冷发电机转轴锻件的制造工艺要点,根据该类材料80 MW及以下规格参数的转轴锻件实际生产经验,对100 MW等级空冷发电机转轴锻件的热加工相关工艺进行研究和产品试制,最终经过理化检验,完全满足产品设计技术规范,从而验证了该类型转轴制造工艺的可行性。 This paper introduces the key points of manufacturing process of large air-cooled generator shaft forgings with 25CrNi1MoV steel.According to the actual production experience of rotary shaft forgings with 80 MW and below specifications of this kind of material,the hot processing related process of 100 MW air-cooled generator rotary shaft forgings has been studied and the products have been trial-produced.Finally,after physical and chemical inspection,it fully meets the technical specifications of product design,which is verified the feasibility of this type of shaft manufacturing process.
