基于SEA的常规导弹封锁机场跑道作战效能分析与应用

摘要 为系统研究常规导弹封锁机场跑道作战效能,在基于系统效能分析方法建立的系统效能模型基础上,针对常规导弹封锁机场跑道的问题进行了作战效能计算、单波次打击用弹量计算、多波次打击用弹量计算、效费比比较分析和作战方案评估。结果表明:不同作战环境下影响导弹武器作战效能的因素有子母弹种类、瞄准精度、抛撒半径、打击波次、用弹量、作战方案设置等。作战效能提升的途径包括合理选择瞄准精度的子弹和选择具有较高作战效能的作战方案,并指出在满足作战要求的基础上,可以选择高效费比的作战方案。所得结果为研究常规导弹封锁机场跑道问题奠定了基础,为导弹作战问题研究提供了新的定量化研究手段,对进一步丰富和发展导弹作战军事运筹应用理论具有重要意义。 In order to systematically study the operational effectiveness of conventional missiles blocking airport runways,the operational effectiveness calculation,single-wave strike ammunition consumption calculation,multi-wave strike ammunition consumption calculation,efficiency-cost ratio comparative analysis and operational plan evaluation were carried out based on the system effectiveness model established by the system effectiveness analysis(SEA)method.The results show that the type of submunition,aiming accuracy,scattering radius,strike wave times,amount of ammunition and operation plan setting are the factors affecting the combat effectiveness of missile weapons in different combat environments.The ways to improve combat effectiveness include reasonably selecting bullets with targeting accuracy and selecting combat schemes with high combat-effectiveness.On the basis of meeting the operational requirements,an operational plan with high cost-effective ratio can be selected.The results lay a foundation for the study of the problem of conventional missile blocking the airport runway,and provide a new quantitative research method for the study of missile combat problems.It is of great significance to further enrich and develop the application theory of missile-combat military operation research.
