运用文献资料等方法,深入探究智能+时代中国式数字冰雪体育旅游产业高质量发展的现实图景、问题清单及跃迁路径。研究认为:数智技术赋能推动数字冰雪体育旅游宅家模式虚拟化、上云化,打造模式新图景;产业大数据智慧化、平台化,搭建平台新图景;AI智能应用丰富化、场景化,打造应用新图景;消费需求数字化、年轻化,营造消费新图景。现实瓶颈:底座层面,数据壁垒,阻隔协同效应、服务层面,旅游地公共服务能力薄弱,智慧化程度不高、应用层面,产业融合层次较浅,适配性差、产品层面,同质化低端化产品过剩,优质产品供给匮乏。针对瓶颈提出跃迁路径:路径底座,依托大数据平台瓦解数据壁垒,推动资源多元共享;路径基础,借助技术手段推动供给侧改革,满足游客个性化消费需求;路径内核,推动数智技术与冰雪体育文化创意内容融合,提升体验感、沉浸化;路径外延,聚焦青年兴趣“锚点”,打造高场景密度旅游地;路径保障,打造智慧公共服务平台,增强旅游地精准化智能化服务能力。

Using literature and other methods,the realistic picture,problem list and leapfrogging path of high-quality development of Chinese digital ice and snow sports tourism industry in the era of intelligence+are explored in depth.The study concludes that:digital intelligence technology empowerment drives digital ice and snow sports tourism house model virtualization and cloudization,creating a new picture of model;industry big data wisdom and platformization,building a new picture of platform;AI intelligent application enrichment and scenarioization,creating a new picture of application;consumer demand digitalization and rejuvenation,creating a new picture of consumption.Realistic bottlenecks:at the base level,data barriers,blocking the synergistic effect,at the service level,weak public service capacity and low wisdom in tourist areas,at the application level,shallow level of industrial integration and poor adaptability,at the product level,homogenization of low-end products and lack of quality product supply.In response to bottlenecks proposed to leapfrog path:path base,relying on the big data platform to break down data barriers,to promote the sharing of multiple resources.Path base:with the use of technical means to promote supply-side reform,to meet the personalized consumption needs of tourists.Path core:to promote the integration of digital intelligence technology and ice and snow sports culture and creative content,to enhance the experience,immersion;path extension,focus on youth interest anchor point,to create a high scene density tourist place.Path guarantee:to build a smart public service platform,to enhance the tourist place precision intelligent service ability.
