科艺融合视域下非遗产品色彩设计路径探索——以3D打印技术结合赫哲族鱼皮技艺为例

摘要 随着科技的发展和数字化时代的到来,传统的非遗技艺逐渐失传抑或是被现代化的大机器生产所取缔。如何在科艺融合的视角下故材新用,使被边缘化的传统材料和传统工艺激发出新的生命力,适应当下新的审美语境和文化发展,是此次探究的方向。本文通过对现有产品的调研分析以及对新旧材料、新旧工艺的调查研究,以鞋为载体使用光固化的3D打印技术、鱼皮喷涂染色技术和ELASTO 1000(聚氨酯)的新材料结合传统鞣制的鱼皮革、牛皮革、人造革加制鞋工艺(胶粘鞋工艺)进行设计实践。实践中突破赫哲族传统色彩审美,使用了多种材料、多种工艺,新与旧、传统与现代看似矛盾的组合却又能和谐而又统一的存在于产品之中。 With the development of technology and the advent of the digital age,traditional intangible cultural heritage techniques are gradually lost or substituted by modern machine production.From the perspective of the integration of science and art,the purpose of this research is to make use of old materials in a new way,which can stimulate the new vitality of traditional materials and crafts,and make them adapt to the current aesthetic context and cultural development.Based on the investigation of existing products as well as the study of old-new materials and technologies,which practice uses the shoes as the carrier,using the light curing 3D printing technology,spray dyeing technique and the new material ELASTO 1000(polyurethane),and the craft of shoes with traditional tanned fish leather,cow leather,artificial leather.In practice,it breaks through the traditional color aesthetic of Hezhe nationality and chooses black as the main color.Multiple materials and technologies,new and old,traditional and modern,can achieve perfect harmony and unity in one product.
