Strategies of Color Assisting Mental Health Counseling

基于色彩心理学理论,加之相关研究表明,中学生心理健康情况和色彩有着一定联系。教师通过了解学生的颜色偏好,可从一定程度上掌握他们的心理波动。本文对色彩和初中生心理健康辅导关系展开研究,希望在研究中,发挥色彩心理健康教育中的作用,并对色彩心理学下的心理健康教育优化路径进行分析,以实现二者的有机融合。

Based on the theory of color psychology and related research,the psychological health of middle school students has a certain relationship with color.By understanding students'color preferences,teachers can grasp their psychological fluctuations to a certain extent.This paper studies the relationship between color and junior high school students'mental health counseling,hoping to give play to the role of color mental health education in the study,and analyze the optimal path of mental health education under color psychology,so as to realize the organic integration of the two.
