一种电加热过滤漏斗装置的研制及应用

摘要 设计、制作了一种电加热的热过滤漏斗装置,该装置包括加热区、滤液接收区、加热装置、温控装置、电源开关和箱体,无需明火,只需在通电加热的条件下,就可实现易析出物质的分离提纯。该装置在进行固液分离操作时,可使固液混合物的温度保持在一定范围之内,以进行有效的过滤分离,避免溶液中的溶质在温度下降时析出大量晶体而影响分离效果。该装置具有性能稳定、操作简便、温度可控、成本低廉、安全性高等特点,可广泛应用于化学、化工及环境科学专业等实验室。 An electric heating filter funnel apparatus was designed and manufactured.This apparatus comprises a heating area,a filtrate receiving area,a heating device,a temperature control device,a power switch and a metal cabinet.No needs fire,only under the electric heating,the separation and purification of easily crystallized substances can be realized.The temperature of solid-liquid mixture can be maintained within a certain range by using this apparatus to avoid precipitation of a large number of crystals,and thereby improving the separation effect.This new type of heat filter funnel can be widely applied in the chemical and environmental laboratories,which possesses several advantages such as stable and reliable performance,simple operation,temperature controllable,low cost and safety.
