湖南省农产品质量安全追溯体系建设实证研究

Empirical Study on the Construction of Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Traceability System in Hunan Province

湖南省实施的“六大强农”行动,进一步将“湘”字号农产品推向了全国,逐步推进特色农产品产量与销售处于全国领先行列。产销总量的提升对于农产品质量安全就有了更高的要求,唯有扎实执行农产品质量安全追溯制度,落实农产品生产者主体责任,才能保障老百姓的食品安全。通过对湖南省内多地企业和消费者进行走访调研和问卷调查,主要从项目分析等多角度进行数据统计,对湖南省农产品追溯体系建设及运行情况进行了研究,分析了湖南省农产品追溯体系建设存在的问题以及原因,并结合湖南省实际情况提出进一步完善农产品追溯体系建设的对策建议,为更好地建设湖南省农产品安全追溯体系奠定良好基础。

The"Six Strong Agriculture"actions implemented in Hunan Province have further promoted the"Xiang"brand of agricultural products nationwide,gradually promoting the production and sales of characteristic agricultural products to be among the leading in the country.The improvement of total production and sales has higher requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products.Only by solidly implementing the traceability system for agricultural product quality and safety,and implementing the main responsibility of agricultural product producers,can we ensure the food safety of the people.Through visiting and conducting surveys and questionnaires on enterprises and consumers in multiple regions of Hunan Province,data statistics were mainly conducted from multiple perspectives such as project analysis.The construction and operation of the agricultural product traceability system in Hunan Province were studied,and the problems and reasons for the construction of the agricultural product traceability system in Hunan Province were analyzed.Based on the actual situation in Hunan Province,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to further improve the construction of the agricultural product traceability system,To lay a solid foundation for the better construction of the safety traceability system for agricultural products in Hunan Province.
