不同养护措施对兰引Ⅲ号结缕草草坪越冬后生长和土壤性状的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Different Maintenance Measures on the Growth and Soil Properties of Zoysia japonica‘Lanyin No.Ⅲ’Lawn Overwintering

摘要 以华南地区公园常见草坪草兰引Ⅲ号结缕草为研究对象,设置打孔(D)、覆沙滚压(FG)、打孔后覆沙滚压(DFG)和无养护(CK)四种处理,探究不同养护措施对结缕草草坪越冬后生长和土壤性状的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,D处理草坪的土壤孔隙度、含水率、有机质含量显著提高了3.43%、2.19%和1.50%(P<0.05)。不同养护措施均未显著改变草坪土壤微生物群落结构。与CK相比,D处理显著提高了结缕草的根系投影面积、根系长度、根尖数及丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)泡囊侵染率、菌丝侵染率和总侵染率(P<0.05);FG处理显著提高了结缕草的根系长度和根尖数(P<0.05)。D处理和FG处理草坪在越冬阶段的深绿色指数和颜色评分相对较高。D处理结缕草的根系投影面积、根系长度、根尖数、AMF泡囊侵染率、AMF菌丝侵染率、土壤孔隙度、土壤含水率和土壤微生物多样性均显著高于FG处理(P<0.05);D处理结缕草的根系投影面积、根系长度、根尖数、根系活力、AMF泡囊侵染率、AMF菌丝侵染率、总侵染率和土壤微生物多样性均显著或极显著高于DFG处理(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综上所述,打孔养护能有效改善结缕草草坪的土壤物理性质、根系参数和表观质量,是华南地区公园草坪越冬时最佳的养护措施,适合推广应用。 This study focused on the common lawn grass,Zoysia japonica‘Lanyin No.Ⅲ’,in parks in South China.To better understand the effects of different maintenance measures on its growth and soil properties overwintering,four different maintenance treatments were implemented:punching(D),sand covering and rolling(FG),punching after sand covering and rolling(DFG),and a control without maintenance measures(CK).The results showed that compared with CK,the D treatment significantly increased soil porosity,soil moisture content,and organic matter content by 3.43%,2.19%and 1.50%,respectively(P<0.05).While soil microbial community structures did not significantly differ among the four maintenance measures treatments.Compared with CK,D treatments significantly increased the root projection area,root length,root tip number,as well as the vesicular infection rate,hyphal infection rate,and total infection rate of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)in Zoysia japonica(P<0.05).FG treatment significantly increased the root length,and root tip number relative to CK(P<0.05).Lawns in the D and FG treatment groups exhibited relatively higher deep greenness index and color scores during the winter period.Compared to the FG treatment,the D treatment significantly increased the root projection area,root length,root tip number,AMF vesicle colonization rate,AMF hyphal colonization rate,soil porosity,soil moisture content,and microbial diversity(P<0.05).Similarly,compared to the DFG treatment,the D treatment significantly increased the root projection area,root length,root tip number,root activity,AMF vesicle colonization rate,AMF hyphal colonization rate,AMF total colonization rate,and microbial diversity(P<0.05).In summary,punching maintenance can effectively improve the soil physical properties,root parameters,and apparent quality of Z.japonica lawn.It is considered the most suitable maintenance measures for South China′s park lawns during the winter season and is suitable for widespread adoption.
