饲喂中草药对羔羊生产性能、免疫功能及瘤胃发酵影响的Meta分析

A Meta Analysis for the Effects of Feeding Chinese Herbal Supplements on Performance,Immune Function and Rumen Fermentation in Lambs

采用Meta分析评估饲喂中草药对羔羊生产性能、免疫功能和瘤胃发酵功能的影响,以期为羔羊培育以及中草药在反刍动物中的应用相关研究提供科学依据。查阅文献后筛选纳入17篇文献35个对照研究626只断奶羔羊,利用森林图分析整体效应量,采用Meta回归分析探讨异质性来源,敏感性分析评价结果稳定性,漏斗图评估发表偏倚。结果表明:饲喂中草药显著提高了羔羊平均日增重(P=0.004)和试验末体重(P=0.003),显著降低了料重比(P<0.001);饲喂中草药显著改变了羔羊血液中免疫球蛋白浓度(P<0.001),亚组分析中IgG无显著差异,IgA(P=0.002)和IgM(P=0.001)浓度显著升高;饲喂中草药对羔羊瘤胃发酵参数无显著影响;敏感性分析和漏斗图分析表明,合并效应量分析结果稳定可靠且研究仅存在少量发表偏倚。Meta分析结果提示,饲喂中草药对羔羊生长有促进作用,但需注意适口性和添加比例,中草药对羔羊的免疫调控作用可能被过度评价,其对瘤胃发酵功能的影响仍不明确。

A meta-analysis was conducted to assess the impact of feeding Chinese herbal supplements on the production performance,immune function,and rumen fermentation of lambs,in order to provide scientific evidence for lamb breeding and the application of Chinese herbal supplements in ruminants-related research.After reviewing the literature,17 studies comprising 35 control trials involving 626 weaned lambs were selected.The overall effect size was analyzed using forest plots,while meta-regression analysis was used to explore sources of heterogeneity.Sensitivity analysis assessed result stability,funnel plots evaluated publication bias,and the results revealed that feeding Chinese herbal supplements significantly increased the average daily gain(P=0.004)and final body weight of lambs(P=0.003),while significantly reducing the feed-to-gain ratio(P<0.001).Feeding Chinese herbal supplements significantly altered the concentrations of immunoglobulin in lambs blood(P<0.001).In subgroup analysis,IgG showed no significant difference,but the concentrations of IgA(P=0.002)and IgM(P=0.001)were significantly elevated.Feeding herbal supplements had no significant impact on rumen fermentation param‐eters in lambs.Sensitivity analysis and funnel plot analysis indicated that the combined effect size analysis results were stable and reliable,with only a small amount of publication bias present in the studies.The meta-analysis results suggested that feeding Chinese herbal supplements has a promoting effect on lamb growth,but attention should be paid to palatability and dosage ratios.The immunomodulatory effects of Chinese herbal supplements on lambs may have been overestimated,and their impact on rumen fermentation function remains unclear.
