基于超级电容的低压启动电源管理系统的硬件设计

摘要 随着智能网联、智能座舱、智能驾驶、OTA等一系列的功能在新能源汽车的普及应用,对车载12V低压电源系统的供电能力以及汽车功能安全提出了更高的要求。其中超级电容具备高功率、宽温度、长寿命、高安全优点,更加适合于电动汽车的低压启动电源。超级电容作为低压启动电源的能量载体,同样需要设计一套独立的系统对电芯进行管理。本文以STC32G12K128单片机作为控制核心,对12V超级电容系统的电流、单体电压、温度采集电路进行设计。 With the popularization and application of a series of functions such as intelligent Internet connection,intelligent cockpit,intelligent driving,OTA,etc,in new energy vehicles,higher requirements are put forward for the power supply capacity of on-board 12V low-voltage power supply system and vehicle functional safety.Super-capacitors have the advantages of high power,wide temperature,long life and high safety,and are more suitable for low-voltage starting power supply of electric vehicles.As the energy carrier of low-voltage starting power supply,super-capacitors also need to design an independent system to manage the core.In this paper,STC32G12K128 single chip microcomputer is used as the control core to design the current,monomer voltage and temperature acquisition circuit of 12V super-capacitor system.
