基于有限元的高压线束温升特性仿真研究

摘要 为实现对高压线束温升特性的有限元分析,建立高压线束温升仿真等效模型并对相关仿真参数进行计算。分别在25℃和45℃工况下对高压线束进行温升特性仿真,并选取不同的测试点位与试验结果进行对比验证,误差约为1.2℃,证明基于有限元方法分析高压线束温升特性的准确性和可行性。使用有限元分析法代替试验法研究高压线束的温升特性,对加快高压线束的开发和提升其安全性具有重要意义。 In order to analyze the temperature rise characteristics of high voltage harness by finite element method,the equivalent model of high voltage harness for temperature rise simulation was established and the relevant simulation parameters were calculated.By comparing the simulation results with the actual test results of different points of harness,the accuracy and feasibility of the temperature rise simulation of high voltage harness based on finite elementmethod are approved.The finite element method was used instead of the test method to study the temperature rise characteristics of high voltage harness,which has great significance for speeding up the development of high voltage harness and improving its safety.
