摘要
本文以某装置的循环冷却器出现的问题为例,定量计算不同工况下壳程介质对换热管束产生的卡门漩涡和湍流抖振的影响。在极端工况换热管束受到的结垢及磨损问题更为严重,设计者应在设计过程中全面考虑。
This paper takes the problem of circulating cooler of a certain device as an example,the effects of shell medium on Karman vortex and turbulent buffeting of heat exchange tube beam under different working conditions are quantitatively calculated.For the extreme condition of heat exchange tube beam by scaling and wear problems are more serious designers should consider in the design process.
