聚丙烯热裂解回收技术的研究进展

摘要 随着社会的发展,塑料使用量的不断上升,废旧塑料的回收再利用问题得到大量关注。聚丙烯(PP)由于价格低廉、综合性能优良,在日常生活中得到大量应用,成为废旧塑料的主要组成部分。其分子主链的惰性特点导致降解缓慢,回收技术相对缺少,该类废旧塑料的回收再利用问题需要得到重点解决。本文综述了PP热裂解、催化热裂解、共热解等相关机理和特点,简述了重要热解产物的回收利用现状,并对废旧PP热裂解回收利用进行展望。 With the development of society,the use of plastics was increasing,and the recycling of waste plastics had received a lot of attention.Polypropylene(PP)had been widely used in daily life because of its low price and excellent comprehensive performance,and had become the main component of waste plastics.The inert character of its molecular backbone led to its slow degradation and relatively lack of recycling technology.The recycling problem of this kind of waste plastics was needed to be solved emphatically.In this paper,the related mechanisms and characteristics of PP pyrolysis,catalytic pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis were reviewed,and the current situation of recycling and utilization of important pyrolysis products was described.
