镧吡啶硫酮配合物/聚丙烯抗菌复合材料的制备与研究

摘要 为解决聚丙烯材料在抗菌应用方面的不足,本文以溶液扩散法制备了稀土基吡啶硫酮配合物抗菌剂吡啶硫酮镧(LaPT)并表征了其各类理化性质,对其进行各项抑菌性能测试,得到其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度均为3.06μg/mL,且在短时间内具有强杀灭细菌效果。同时,以该配合物为功能助剂添加至聚丙烯(PP)中制备含量不同的PP/LaPT复合材料。实验结果表明,随着添加量的提高,复合材料表现的抑菌效果也随之提高,在LaPT添加量(质量分数)为0.5%时,已经达到优异的抗菌效果,24 h内对金黄色葡萄球菌的致死率可达100%,0.7%LaPT添加量的复合材料对两种菌的致死率均可达到100%。同时PP/LaPT复合材料的拉伸实验和热重分析(TG)测试表明,LaPT的添加不会影响PP材料本身良好的力学性能和热稳定性。表明该复合材料有望在医学防护领域获得广泛应用。 In order to satisfy the shortcomings of antibacterial application of polypropylene materials,this paper prepared the rare earth pyridinethione complex antibacterial agent lanthanum(III)pyridine thione(LaPT)by solution diffusion method,characterized its physical and chemical properties,and tested its antibacterial properties.The results show that the minimum inhibitory concentrations of E.coli and S.aureus are 3.06μg/mL,and it has a strong bactericidal effect in a short time.At the same time,the complex is used as a functional additive to prepare PP/LaPT composites with different content of complex.The results show that the antibacterial effect of the composite is also improved with the increase of the additive amount.When the additive amount is 0.5%LaPT,the excellent antibacterial effect is achieved,and the fatality rate of S.aureus could reach 100%within 24 h,and the composite with the additive amount of 0.7%LaPT could reach 100%against both kinds of bacteria.At the same time,the tensile test and TG-DSC test of PP/LaPT composites show that the addition of LaPT does not affect the mechanical properties and thermal stability of PP.Above results indicate that the composite material has potential applications in medical protection field.
