论全过程人民民主的协商机制

On the Consultation Mechanism of the Whole-process People′s Democracy

全过程人民民主具有中国特色,是最广泛、最真实、最管用的民主,以中国式民主回答了中国式现代化进程中的本质问题。全过程人民民主注重实体民主和程序民主二者的有机统一,通过全过程协商实现了实体民主和程序民主,保障了中国特色社会主义民主的不断创新发展。全过程人民民主协商机制既是全过程人民民主的基本内涵,又是中国式协商民主的重要体现,围绕协商民主在全过程人民民主中的地位和作用、民主协商机制的基本架构和主要特征以及民主协商机制的优化和实现路径,构建和完善了全过程人民民主的七大协商机制,为推进中国式现代化建设提供了保障。

Whole-process People′s Democracy has Chinese characteristics,it is the broadest,most authentic and most effective democracy,it answers the essential questions in the process of Chinese path to modernization with Chinese-style Democracy.The Whole-process People′s Democracy emphasizes the organic unity of Entitative Democracy and Procedural Democracy,it achieves Entitative Democracy and Procedural Democracy through Whole-process consultation,and guarantees the continuous innovative development of Socialism Democracy with Chinese Characteristics.The consultation mechanism of Whole-process People′s Democracy is both the basic connotation of Whole-process People′s Democracy and an important embodiment of Chinese-style consultative democracy.By the study of these aspects of the status and role of consultative democracy in Whole-process People′s Democracy,the basic structure and main features of democratic consultation mechanism,and the optimization and realization path of democratic consultation mechanism,we actively construct and improve the seven consultation mechanisms of Whole-process People′s Democracy,so as to promote Chinese Modernization to provide an important guarantee.
