基于3DMine的露天矿境界优化及生产规模研究

摘要 确定露天境界及合理的生产规模是露天矿山规划前期一项重要的工作,直接决定矿山企业的经济效益。依据某硫铁矿的地质报告等资料,通过对钻孔数据信息的整理,采用3DMine矿业软件,建立了矿山的地质数据库、地形模型、块体模型和品位模型。在矿体三维模型的基础上,分析矿石价格、采选成本、边坡角和底部位置等因素对最优境界的影响,并综合考虑矿山经济效益的同时兼顾资源的回收,确定当前技术经济条件下最优境界。根据规模经济原理,通过对不同生产规模的矿山投资、成本估算,并计算净现值、投资利润率、内部收益率等财务指标,最终确定在当前的技术经济条件下的合理生产规模。 It is an important work to determine the open-pit boundary and reasonable production scale in the early stage of open-pit mine planning,which will directly determine the economic benefits of mining enterprises.According to the geological report and other data of a pyrite mine,through the collation of drill⁃ing data information,3DMine mining software is used to establish the geological database,terrain model,block model and grade model of the mine.On the basis of the 3D model of ore body,the influence of ore price,mining cost,slope angle and bottom position on the optimal boundary is analyzed,and the optimal boundary under the current technical and economic conditions is determined by comprehensively consider⁃ing the economic benefit of the mine and the recovery of resources.According to the principle of scale econo⁃my,the reasonable scale of production is finally determined under the current technical and economic condi⁃tions by estimating the mine investment and cost of different production scales and calculating the financial indicators such as net present value,investment profit rate and internal rate of return.
