摘要
为高效开发利用攀西地区某低品位钒钛磁铁矿,采用多元素分析、物相分析以及岩矿鉴定等方法进行了工艺矿物学研究,并在此基础上进行了选矿试验。试验结果表明:对干抛后的原矿采用阶段磨选—强磁预富集—浮选脱硫—浮选选钛流程,最终可得到TFe品位55.76%、TFe回收率48.07%的合格铁精矿,S品位32.85%、Co品位0.42%的硫钴精矿,TiO_(2)品位46.79%、TiO_(2)回收率33.99%、S品位0.028%、P品位0.007%的合格钛精矿。
In order to efficiently develop and utilize a low-grade vanadium-titanium magnetite in west⁃ern Pan-zhihua area,the process mineralogy was studied by means of multi-element analysis,phase analy⁃sis and rock mineral identification,and the beneficiation test was carried out on this basis.The test results showed that the process of stage grinding-high intensity magnetic preconcentration-flotation desulfuriza⁃tion-titanium flotation separation was adopted for the raw ore after dry throwing.Finally,the qualified iron concentrate with TFe grade of 55.76%and TFe recovery rate of 48.07%,the sulfur-cobalt concentrate with S grade of 32.85%and Co grade of 0.42%,and the qualified titanium concentrate with TiO_(2)grade of 46.79%,TiO_(2)recovery rate of 33.99%,S grade of 0.028%and P grade of 0.007%were obtained.
