摘要
为了提高广西某铅锌选矿厂的铅回收率及稳定指标,针对现场选铅流程循环量大的问题,经流程查定后确定以铅精选1尾矿为研究对象,在对方铅矿嵌布粒度及嵌布特征进行工艺矿物学分析的基础上进行了铅精选1尾矿再磨再选小型试验并对选厂生产工艺进行了磨矿工艺流程改造。结果表明:约有20%的铅矿物可以转化成铅精矿产品,再磨后铅精选作业循环量显著下降;经磨矿工艺流程改造后的选厂生产中,铅回收率可提高5个百分点以上,经济效益显著。
In order to improve the lead recovery rate and stability index of a lead-zinc concentrator in Guangxi,aiming at the problem of large circulating quantity in the on-site lead separation process.After the process investigation,it was determined that the lead cleaning selection 1 tailings were taken as the research object.Based on the process mineralogy analysis of the dissemination particle size and dissemination charac⁃teristics of the lead ore,a small test of regrinding and re-concentration of the lead cleaning selection 1 tail⁃ings was carried out,and the grinding process was reformed for the production process of the concentrator.The results showed that about 20%of lead minerals could be converted into lead concentrate products,and the circulating quantity of lead cleaning operation decreased significantly after regrinding.In the production of the concentrator after the transformation of the grinding process,the lead recovery rate can be increased by more than 5 percentage points,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
