摘要
为合理利用江西都昌金鼎钨钼矿业某钨矿矿石,采用浮选工艺对该钨矿中的钨、钼回收开展了可选性试验。试验结果表明:以2^(#)油为起泡剂、柴油为捕收剂,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm60%的条件下,采用1粗2扫、钼粗精矿浓缩粗选后4精2精扫浮选流程,可获得钼品位43.13%、钼回收率50.65%的钼精矿;以纯碱+片碱为调整剂、脂肪酸+植物油酸为捕收剂,采用选钼尾矿1粗2扫、钨粗精矿加温粗选后4精2精扫浮选流程,可获得钨品位60.08%、钨回收率81.28%的钨精矿,获得了良好的试验指标。
In order to make rational use of a tungsten ore from Jiangxi Duchang Jinding Tungsten Mo⁃lybdenum Mining Co.,Ltd.,a washability test was carried out on the recovery of tungsten and molybdenum from the tungsten ore by flotation process.Under the conditions of 2^(#)oil as foaming agent,diesel oil as col⁃lector and grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 60%,the flotation process of one roughing two scavenging and four cleaning two cleaning scavenging after molybdenum rough concentrate concentration and roughing was adopted.Molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 43.13%and molybdenum recovery rate of 50.65%could be obtained.Using soda ash+flake alkali as regulator and fatty acid+vegetable oleic acid as collector,the flotation process of one roughing two scavenging for molybdenum tailings and four cleaning two cleaning scavenging after tungsten rough concentrate heating roughing was adopted.Tungsten concentrate with tungsten grade of 60.08%and tungsten recovery rate of 81.28%was obtained.The test index is good.
