摘要
某磁黄铁矿型低品位铜矿为了提高黄铜矿中铜的有效回收,针对该铜矿中伴生磁黄铁矿对铜的有效分离回收带来困难的问题,进行了2粗2扫3精铜工艺流程试验研究。研究结果表明:通过该工艺对含铜0.458%、含硫6.74%、含铁27.32%的低品位铜矿石进行选别,获得了铜品位20.25%、铜回收率92.04%的铜精矿,选铜尾矿通过磁选选铁并进行铁精矿脱硫,获得了铁品位68.78%、含硫0.33%、铁回收率16.65%的高品质铁精矿,另外脱硫泡沫含硫23.14%、含铁63.10%、硫回收率26.00%、铁回收率14.37%;为同类磁黄铁矿伴生状态下黄铜矿中铜的有效回收提供了借鉴。
The associated pyrrhotite brings difficulties to the effective separation and recovery of cop⁃per in a pyrrhotite-type low-grade copper mine,in order to solve the above problem and improve the recov⁃ery rate of copper from chalcopyrite,a two-roughing,two-scavenging and three-cleaning copper process was carried out.The results showed that the low grade copper ore with copper content of 0.458%,sulfur con⁃tent of 6.74%and iron content of 27.32%was separated by this process,and the copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.25%and copper recovery rate of 92.04%was obtained.High-quality iron concentrate with iron grade of 68.78%,sulfur content of 0.33%and iron recovery rate of 16.65%was obtained by mag⁃netic separation of iron and desulfurization of iron concentrate from copper tailings.In addition,the sulfur content of the desulfurization foam was 27.31%,and the iron content was 61.71%,the sulfur recovery rate was 26.00%,and the iron recovery rate was 14.37%.It provides a reference for the effective recovery of cop⁃per from chalcopyrite in the associated state of similar pyrrhotite.
