摘要
某大型铜矿山属硫氧混合铜矿,采用先浮选硫化铜后浮选氧化铜原则流程,随着硫化铜矿占比的不断增加,受限于现有流程硫化铜选别能力,硫化铜浮选指标难以稳定,且经常后窜至氧化铜浮选段,严重制约产能释放。为尽快突破硫化铜矿生产瓶颈,经过2次技改,最终确定了硫化铜粗选精矿直接精选,中矿(硫化铜扫选精矿与浓缩后的精选1底流)再磨,分级溢流返回粗选的硫化铜浮选技改流程。技改考察结果表明:最终的硫化铜浮选工艺确保了硫化铜精矿质量,提升了分级再磨效率,增加了硫化铜浮选段整体处理能力及回收效果,有效避免了硫化铜后窜问题,同时改善了现场浮选操作条件,较好地实现了工业化应用。
A large copper mine belongs to a sulfur-oxygen mixed copper mine.The principle process of first copper sulfide flotation and then copper oxide flotation is adopted.With the increasing proportion of copper sulfide,limited by the existing copper sulfide separation capacity,the flotation index of copper sul⁃fide is difficult to stabilize,and it often flows back to the copper oxide flotation section,which seriously re⁃stricts the release of production capacity.In order to break through the bottleneck of copper sulfide produc⁃tion as soon as possible,after two technical modifications,finally,the copper sulfide flotation technological transformation process of direct cleaning of copper sulfide roughing concentrate,regrinding of middling(cop⁃per sulfide scavenging concentrate and concentrated cleaning 1 underflow),grading overflow return to rough⁃ing was determined.The results of technical transformation showed that the final copper sulfide flotation pro⁃cess ensured the quality of copper sulfide concentrate,improved the efficiency of classification and regrind⁃ing,increased the overall treatment capacity and recovery effect of copper sulfide flotation section,effective⁃ly avoided the problem of copper sulfide back channeling,improved the on-site flotation operation condi⁃tions.The industrial application was well realized.
