摘要
南山矿业公司凹山选矿厂为解决过滤系统精矿量大幅增加及浓密机溢流面跑浑,严重影响生产运行等问题,对高效浓密机的工作原理进行了分析,并对其进行了技术改造。试验结果表明:改造后浓密机溢流精矿品位从17.15%下降至7.80%,底流浓度从4.53%提高至20.38%,浓密机处理能力从16.25 t/h提高至20.83 t/h,通过改造降低了浓密机循环负荷,确保了选矿厂过滤系统的稳定运行,经济效益显著,为其他矿山解决类似问题提供了经验借鉴。
In order to solve the problems such as the substantial increase of concentrate amount in the filtration system and the muddy overflow surface of the thickener in Washan concentrator of Nanshan Mining Company,which seriously affects the production and operation,the working principle of the high-efficiency thickener was analyzed and the technical transformation was carried out.The test results showed that the overflow concentrate grade of the thickener was reduced from 17.15%to 7.80%after the transformation,the underflow concentration was increased from 4.53%to 20.38%,and the processing capacity of the thickener was increased from 16.25 t/h to 20.83 t/h.Through the transformation,the circulating load of the thickener is reduced,and the stable operation of the filtration system of the concentrator is ensured.The economic ben⁃efit is remarkable,which provides experience for other mines to solve similar problems.
