摘要
为了降低干法混合球磨技术的能耗,探索预烧料制粉新工艺,以某材料厂预烧结后的产品为试验对象,在合适的条件下进行了高压辊磨机和对辊机碎样试验,并对产品进行了粒度筛析。试验结果表明:对辊产品-5.0 mm粒级含量比高压辊磨产品少11.60个百分点,对辊产品3.0~5.0 mm粒级含量比高压辊磨产品少7.41个百分点,对辊产品-0.63 mm粒级含量比高压辊磨产品少10.25个百分点;高压辊磨机比对辊机碎样效果好,该研究结果可为高压辊磨机在干法混合球磨技术中的应用提供有益参考。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of dry mixed ball milling technology and explore the new process of pre-sintered material powder production,taking the pre-sintered product of a material factory as the test object,the crushing ore sample test of high pressure roller mill and twin rollers was carried out under appropriate conditions,and the particle size screening of the product was carried out.The test re⁃sults showed that the content of-5.0 mm particle size of the twin rollers product was 11.60 percentage point less than that of the high pressure roller mill product,the content of 3.0~5.0 mm particle size of the twin rollers product was 7.41 percentage point less than that of the high pressure roller mill product,and the con⁃tent of-0.63 mm particle size of the twin rollers product was 10.25 percentage point less than that of the high pressure roller mill product.The effect of high pressure roller mill is better than that of twin rollers in crushing ore samples.The results of the study can provide a useful reference for the application of high pres⁃sure roller mill in dry mixed ball milling technology.
