摘要
湖南某选矿厂为了扩产扩能技改后尽快达标达产,针对碎矿系统不能为磨浮系统稳定供应原矿的问题,通过测算破碎、运输、筛分等环节设备的运行参数及生产效率,对各环节设备运行参数进行了优化配置,并对关键设备予以替换。优化后,在稳定了选矿厂原料供应的前提下,同时降低了碎矿产品粒度,实现了多碎少磨,提高了选厂处理能力和磨矿效率,实现了节能降耗,为选矿厂磨矿分级工艺进一步优化提供了条件。
In order to reach the standard and production capacity as soon as possible after the expand⁃ing production capacity technical transformation of a concentrator in Hunan Province,aiming at the problem that the crushing system could not stably supply the raw ore for the grinding and flotation system,the opera⁃tion parameters and production efficiency of the equipment in the crushing,transportation,screening and other links were measured and calculated.The operation parameters of the equipment in each link were opti⁃mized and the key equipment was replaced.After optimization,under the premise of stabilizing the raw ma⁃terial supply of the concentrator,the particle size of the crushing ore product is reduced,more crushing and less grinding is realized,the processing capacity and grinding efficiency of the concentrator is improved,and energy saving and consumption reducing is realized,which provides conditions for further optimization of the grinding and classification process of the concentrator.
