在“碳达峰”与“碳中和”背景下,国家大力开展绿色环保行动。然而目前我国废旧衣物回收处理形式存在的问题日趋严峻,导致每年有大量废旧衣物无法被回收,产生资源浪费和环境污染。为此提出“绿衣盎然”旧衣物智能回收处理模式,该模式由线上微信小程序、线下智能回收箱、集散基地等主体构成,实现了所回收旧衣物的全程跟踪和数据透明,打通废旧衣物的智能回收、公益捐赠、对外出口等关键环节,提供智能化旧衣物回收处理服务方案,减少因旧衣物导致的污染排放,促进节能减排,打造绿色、环保、低碳的生活方式。

Under the background of the"peak carbon dioxide emissions"and"carbon neutrality",the country vigorously carry out green environmental protection action.However there is a lack of effective recycling way for old clothes recycling,so a large number of old clothes every year cannot be recycled and recovered in time,causing resources waste and environmental pollution.This paper proposed"furious green clothes"mode,which is an intelligent recycling and processing mode of old clothes.This mode is composed of online We Chat mini program,offline intelligent recycling bins and distribution bases,etc.,to realize the whole-process tracking and data transparency of recycling old clothes,gets through the key links of intelligent recycling,public welfare donation and export of discarded clothes,and provides intelligent recycling and processing services of used clothes.This mode can reduce pollution emissions from old clothes,promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and create a green,environmental protection and low-carbon lifestyle.
