纳米颗粒在抗菌药物剂型开发中的研究进展

摘要 纳米结构生物材料,特别是纳米颗粒(nanoparticles,NPs),具有独特的理化性质,如超小且可控的尺寸,高比表面积和可经修饰功能化的结构等。这些特性有助于开发抗菌药物新剂型,从而克服传统抗菌药物临床治疗中的一些局限性。近年来,使用纳米颗粒系统装载抗菌药物已成为一种创新且有前途的策略,可提高治疗效果并最大限度地减少药物的不良副作用。本文综述了常用纳米颗粒在抗菌药物开发中的研究进展。 Nanostructured biomaterials,particularly nanoparticles,which have unique physicochemical properties,such as ultra-small and controllable size,high specific surface area,and structures that can be functionalized by modification.These properties facilitate the administration of antimicrobial drugs,thereby overcoming some of the limitations of traditional antimicrobial therapy.In recent years,encapsulation of antimicrobial drugs in nanoparticle systems have emerged as an innovative and promising alternative to improve therapeutic efficacy and minimize adverse drug side effects.In this paper,the research progress of commonly used nanoparticles in the development of antimicrobial drugs is reviewed.
