甲乙酮水合反应器的检验修复与评价

摘要 本文介绍了某厂水合反应器在投用后的历次检验情况,对检验过程发现的问题进行汇总和分析,并着重对2017年定期检验发现的新问题进行了分析。反应器衬里层半球状腐蚀坑的产生和催化剂以及反应介质相关,更换合适的催化剂可以有效地抑制衬里层半球状腐蚀。衬里层下裂纹的产生与淬硬组织及周围的残余应力有关,需要采用常规超声、超声TOFD等技术进行监测。缺陷的处理根据位置和危害程度采用返修和合于使用评价2种方式。最后对反应器的修复方法进行了介绍,对反应器的日常运行提出了建议。 All previous inspection of hydration reactor were introduced,the problems finding in inspection were summarized and analyzed,and the new problems finding in 2017 periodic inspection were emphatically analyzed.The semi sphere shape pit in reactor lining was correlated with catalyst and reaction medium,and using appropriate catalyst could effectively restrain the semi sphere shape pit;the crack under lining was correlated with quenched structure and its residual stress,which should be monitored by conventional ultrasound and TOFD technology.Defect treatment included repair and fitness for service based on position and damage degree.Finally,repair method of reactor was introduced,and suggestions for reactor running were put forward.
