摘要
由于设计缺陷或维护保养不到位,电梯制动器提起或释放过程会出现卡阻,造成制动器制动力不足或失效,为减少因制动器提起或释放卡阻引发的事故,检规增加了制动器的故障保护功能,要求对电梯制动器的每次提起(或释放)进行监测。但目前市场上制动器故障保护功能仍然存在严重的安全隐患,制动器检测电路型式多样,仍普遍存在安全完整性不足、安全等级不高的情况。本文从日常检验隐患案例出发,分析了常见的几种检测电路原理、隐患情况,并对检验要点进行了探讨。
Due to design flaws or lack of maintenance,the elevator brake will be stuck during lifting or releasing,causing brake force insufficient or failure.In order to reduce the accident caused by brake lifting or releasing,the inspection rules increase the brake’s fault protection function and require to monitor every lifting(or releasing)of the elevator brake.However,at present,the brake fault protection function still has serious hidden danger in the market.Brake detection circuit types are various and there are generally insufficient security integrity and low security level.This paper starting from the daily inspection hidden danger cases,analyzes the principle and hidden danger of several common detection circuits,and discusses the key points of inspection.
