摘要
本文选取苯储罐区作为研究对象,建立储罐发生泄漏的事故树模型。利用GeNIe软件构建贝叶斯网络,对顶上事件进行计算;利用固体火焰模型,计算热辐射值,进而转化为个人致死率;再利用MATLAB软件分析个人风险,得到储罐的个人风险值;通过ALOHA软件模拟储罐泄漏火灾后果,得到发生火灾后储罐的热辐射值。结果显示上述苯储罐区的个人风险值超过了可接受标准,一旦发生泄漏,会造成大量人员伤亡。
In this paper,the benzene storage tank area was selected as the research object,and the accident tree model of tank leakage was established.GeNIe software was used to construct a Bayesian network to calculate the top event.The heat radiation value was calculated and then converted into individual fatality rate by using the solid flame model.Then MATLAB software was used to analyze the individual risk and obtain the individual risk value of the storage tank.ALOHA software was used to simulate the consequences of the leakage fire of the storage tank and obtain the thermal radiation value of the storage tank after the fire.The results showed that the personal risk value of the benzene tank area above exceeded the acceptable standard,which could cause a large number of casualties in the event of a leak.
