摘要
主动脉瓣疾病是一种较为常见的心脏瓣膜病,与主动脉瓣疾病相关的血流动力学环境改变可以引起升主动脉血流模式改变,这与主动脉壁重构和主动脉病变的发展有关。4D Flow MRI提供了获取先进血流动力学指标的机会,使主动脉血流动力学的全面可视化和量化成为可能。本综述介绍在主动脉瓣疾病的背景下,应用4D Flow MRI进行血流可视化和量化血流动力学指标的研究进展。
Aortic valve disease is a common heart valve disease.Changes in the hemodynamic environment associated with aortic valve disease can cause changes in the blood flow pattern of the ascending aorta,which is related to aortic wall remodeling and the development of aortic disease.4D Flow MRI provides an opportunity to obtain advanced hemodynamic indicators,making it possible to fully visualize and quantify aortic hemodynamics.This review introduces the research progress in the visualization of blood flow and the quantification of hemodynamic indexes by using 4D Flow MRI in the context of aortic valve disease.
