近年来,随着我国汽车行业和人工智能、5G、大数据等领域的结合不断加深,相关产业的升级和行业内人才培养的计划也逐渐完善。众所周知,我国针对汽车行业提出了企业新型学徒人才培养制度,提升我国综合的人才素养和技能培训。开展新型学徒制能够改变“唯学论”的不良风气,让职业教育从看重学历转变为看重人才本身。但是,在实际的建设过程中学徒制的建设依旧存在着很多不足之处,因此,我们要全方位的把握新型学徒制的特点和建设背景、相关政策等等,深入探讨企业新型学徒制的人才培育模式。

In recent years,with the deepening of the combination of China's automotive industry and artificial intelligence,5G,big data and other fields,the upgrading of related industries and the plan of talent training in the industry have gradually improved.As we all know,China has proposed a new apprentice talent training system for enterprises for the automotive industry to improve China's comprehensive talent literacy and skill training.The development of a new apprenticeship system can change the bad atmosphere of“academic theory”and change vocational education from focusing on academic qualifications to focusing on talents themselves.However,there are still many deficiencies in the construction of the apprenticeship system in the actual construction process,so we must comprehensively grasp the characteristics and construction background of the new apprenticeship system,relevant policies,etc.,and deeply discuss the talent cultivation mode of the new apprenticeship system of enterprises.
