高职院校“岗课赛证”融合育人的困境、转向与路径探索 被引量:1

摘要 “岗课赛证”融合育人模式增强了职业教育的适应性,提高了教育教学质量。然而,“岗课赛证”融合育人却存在融合逻辑不清、尚需完善整体设计,融合要素不全、课程思政不突出,价值取向不稳定、缺乏普适性等现实困境。文章对新时期“岗课赛证”融合育人的内在逻辑进行了重新思考。建议高职院校新时期“岗课赛证”融合育人从以下几点突破:以岗位倒推确定课程目标和内容,深化专业课程改革;以职业技能大赛扩展课程外延,坚持竞赛资源共享;以职业资格证书标准丰富课程内涵,关注全体学生需求;搭建多方联动平台,创新人才培养机制。 The integrated education model of“on-the-job class competition certificate”enhances the adaptability of vocational education and improves the quality of education and teaching.However,the integration and education of“post class competition certificate”has practical difficulties such as unclear integration logic,still need to improve the overall design,incomplete integration elements,lack of outstanding curriculum ideology and politics,unstable value orientation,and lack of universality.This article rethinks the internal logic of the integration and education of“post class competition certificate”in the new era.It is recommended that the integration and education of“post class competition certificate”in the new era of higher vocational colleges and universities make breakthroughs from the following points:to determine the course goals and content by backwards of posts,and deepen the reform of professional courses,to expand the extension of courses with vocational skills competitions and adhere to the sharing of competition resources,to enrich the curriculum with vocational qualification standards and pay attention to the needs of all students,and to build a multi-party linkage platform and innovate talent training mechanisms.
