新能源汽车售后存在的问题及改善策略探究

摘要 在新能源汽车的加速普及下,售后服务质量参差不齐直接制约着新能源汽车企业发展的节奏。新能源汽车售后服务质量的提升将有效改善消费者的用车体验,从而推动新能源汽车企业更快更健康发展。调研发现缺乏规范的售后服务体系标准,维保价格的高昂,无法满足客户多样性需求是当前新能源汽车市场售后服务存在的主要问题。因此,加快推动售后服务相应法律法规的完善,有效降低新能源汽车售后维保服务价格,个性化完善客户对新能源汽车的使用需求,提升服务保障工作是新能源汽车售后服务的重点工作方向。 Under the accelerated popularization of new energy vehicles,the uneven quality of after-sales service directly restricts the rhythm of the development of new energy vehicle enterprises.The improvement of after-sales service quality of new energy vehicles will effectively improve consumers'car experience,thereby promoting the faster and healthier development of new energy vehicle enterprises.The survey found that the lack of standardized after-sales service system standards,high maintenance prices,and the inability to meet the diverse needs of customers are the main problems in after-sales service in the current new energy vehicle market.Therefore,accelerating the improvement of corresponding laws and regulations on after-sales service,effectively reducing the price of after-sales maintenance services for new energy vehicles,personalizing and improving customers'demand for the use of new energy vehicles,and improving service guarantee are the key work directions of after-sales service of new energy vehicles.
