The international standard ISO/TS 22638-2018"Generation and collection of road wear particles in rubber tires and road simulation laboratory method"was published in 2018.ISO(International Organization for Standardization)is a worldwide consortium of national standards bodies(ISO member bodies),which usually through ISO technical committees develops international standards.This standard ISO/TS 22638-2018 is drafted in accordance with the editorial rules of Part 2 of the ISO/IEC Directive and prepared by the ISO/TC 45 Technical Committee on Rubber and Rubber Products,which mainly introduces the methods,instruments and equipment,collection procedures and test reports on the generation of tire road wear particulate matter(TRWP),and fi nally provides a detailed case study.
