摘要
在柴油机中应用进气富氧技术能够减少碳烟排放量,对于提升燃烧热效率,增加发动机功率密度也有一定作用。本文考察了进气富氧和水乳化柴油的应用,研究了进气氧浓度和乳化柴油水成分对增压柴油机燃烧和排放的具体影响,会产生正氧效应。进气富氧技术的发展。研究得出结论,将进气充氧技术应用于直喷柴油机,分析了不同水混合比的乳化柴油的循环变化和燃烧特性。在一定程度上,使用乳化柴油时,由于乳化率的增加,闪点会不断降低,当含水量达到30%时,着火延迟增加,此时燃烧组织变差,周期性波动相应增加。
The application of intake oxygen enrichment technology in diesel engines can reduce soot emissions,and also plays a certain role in improving combustion heat effi ciency and increasing engine power density.In this paper,the application of intake oxygen-enriched and water-emulsifi ed diesel is investigated,and the specifi c eff ects of intake oxygen concentration and emulsifi ed diesel water composition on the combustion and emission of supercharged diesel engines are studied,which will produce positive oxygen effects,and influence the development of intake oxygen enrichment technology.The study concludes that the intake air oxygenation technology is applied to the direct injection diesel engine,and the cycle variation and combustion characteristics of emulsifi ed diesel with diff erent water mixing ratios are analyzed.To a certain extent,when using emulsifi ed diesel,due to the increase of emulsifi cation rate,the fl ash point will continue to decrease.When the water content reaches 30%,the ignition delay increases,at this time the combustion tissue becomes worse,and the periodic fl uctuation increases accordingly.
