基于双城经济圈建设下成渝地区高职院校装备制造大类专业发展的研究——以川东北和重庆地区37所高职院校为例

Research on the Professional Development of Equipment Manufacturing Based on the Construction of the Twin Cities Economic Circle,Chengdu-Chongqing Area Vocational Colleges——Taking 37 Vocational Colleges in Northeast Sichuan and Chongqing as examples

装备制造大类专业作为高职教育的重要组成部分,乘着成渝双城经济圈建设东风,必将迎来一段高速度、高质量和高水平的发展期。本文以川东北7所和重庆地区30所高职院校为研究对象,从近年两地区的装备制造大类专业开设情况入手,发现川东北地区受地理位置和经济发展限制,存在院校个数较少、专业开设重复度较高等显著问题;而重庆作为直辖市,经济发展较好,院校分布均匀,专业开设度较川东北地区有明显优势,但仍存在专业覆盖面窄、重复度较高、热门专业扎堆及部分专业未开设等现象。对此,提出瞄准需求,找准符合地方、院校和企业发展的平衡点;坚持自身优势,走特色化办学;审时度势,吃透国家地区政策,迎合发展契机的发展路径。

As an important part of higher vocational education,the equipment manufacturing major will usher in a period of high-speed,high-quality and highlevel development by riding the east wind of the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle.Taking 7 vocational colleges in northeast Sichuan and 30 vocational colleges in Chongqing as the research object,starting from the establishment of major equipment manufacturing majors in the two regions in recent years,it is found that there are signifi cant problems such as the small number of colleges and universities and the high duplication of majors in northeast Sichuan due to geographical location and economic development.As a municipality directly under the central government,Chongqing has good economic development,uniform distribution of colleges and universities,and has obvious advantages in the degree of major establishment compared with northeast Sichuan,but there are still phenomena such as narrow professional coverage,high repetition,crowding of popular majors and some majors not being opened.In this regard,it is proposed to target the needs and fi nd a balance point that is in line with the development of localities,institutions and enterprises,adhering to its own advantages and taking the characteristic school,judging the time and sizing up the situation,so as to thoroughly understand the national and regional policies,and cater to the development path of development opportunities.
