摘要
精确度高的流量仪表可以针对较小流量进行更精确的计量,对于管线泄漏可以更有效的监控。然而,其研发及生产成本较高,传统的开发往往采用试误法设计流量计的叶轮,即以工程师经验作出实体后再加以测试,以比对性能是否到达要求,反复此流程直到符合要求为止。在传统计算方法中通常需要大量的实验,而在传统的反算设计问题上,因子学模式建立困难,通常都须将物理模型简化。因此常会造成实际实验结果之间的误差,此时数值模拟方法更显重要。目前,市面已出现许多3D及流体计算的商业套装软件,如Solidworks、Inventor,流体计算软件如STAR-CD、ANSYS、FLUENT、CFX等,研究将透过套装软件的整合应用达到设计最佳化叶片形状的目的。
High-precision flow meters can measure more accurately for smaller flows,and can monitor pipeline leakage more effectively.However,its research and development and production costs are relatively high.In traditional development,the impeller of the flowmeter is often designed by the trial and error method,that is,based on the engineer's own experience,the entity is made and then tested to compare whether the performance meets the requirements.process until the requirements are met.In traditional calculation methods,a large number of experiments are usually required,and in traditional back calculation design problems,it is difficult to establish a factor model,and the physical model must be simplified;therefore,it often causes errors between actual experimental results.Simulation methods are more important.At present,there are many commercial package software for 3D and fluid calculation in the market,such as Solidworks,Inventor,and fluid calculation software such as STAR-CD,ANSYS,FLUENT,CFX,etc.This research will achieve the best design through the integration and application of package software.The purpose of changing the shape of the blade.
