摘要
随着数字经济与实体经济呈现融合发展的趋势,混凝土制品行业正向自动化、数字化、网络化、智能化迈进,对高性能、高可靠、具备灵活组网能力的无线网络需求迫切。5G作为新一代蜂窝通信技术,具有大带宽、低时延、高可靠的特点,可满足工业设备互联和远程交互需求,是支撑行业数字化转型的重要使能技术之一。结合人工智能技术及边缘计算技术,可在生产车间快速构建融合网络、计算、存储及应用能力的新型工业现场数字化基础设施,实现OT与IT技术融合,满足智能制造在业务实时性、智能化及安全隐私保护等方面的关键需求。
With the development trend of integration of digital economy and real economy,the concrete products industry is moving towards automation,digitalization,intelligence and networking,and there is an urgent need for high-performance,highly reliable and flexible wireless networks.As a new generation of cellular communication technology,5G has the characteristics of large bandwidth,low delay and high reliability.It can meet the needs of industrial equipment interconnection and remote interaction,and is one of the important enabling technologies to support the digital transformation of the industry.Combined with artificial intelligence technology and edge computing technology,it can quickly build a new industrial site digital infrastructure integrating network,computing,storage and application capabilities in the production workshop,realize the integration of OT and IT technology,and meet the key requirements of intelligent manufacturing in business real-time,intelligence,security and privacy protection.
