摘要
在商用车发动机制造过程中,引入Atlas内、外组合轴,设计气门间隙自动调整工艺,实现气门间隙的自动化调整。为保证发动机质量、降低人员劳动强度,自研实时数据采集方法获取气门行程值,并开发对比测量技术消除零部件尺寸链累计公差,实现气门间隙调整值自动化测量,将气门间隙测量精度提高到0.02mm,保证工业现场检测需求。气门间隙自动检测技术基于高精度LVDT位移传感器获取气门行程值,通过C#编写边缘控制系统,定制开发微分+希尔爬山+平均值滤波的混合建模算法,分别计算气门间隙调整前、后的气门行程量,获取实际气门间隙量,并将过程数据存入数据库用于制造过程追溯。
Use Atlas inner-outer combined spindles to design valve lash setting process,which make it application of automatic process in commercial engine.To make sure high product quality and proper human ergonomic,design real-time DAQ method for valve travel digital acquisition,and develop comparation measuring technology for system parts value waving of cumulative tolerance,which support the automatic measuring of engine valve lash with 0.02mm high precious capability.The measuring system use LVDT displacement transducer to get desired values,configure the system with C#to measure twice values before and after lash setting,with hybrid modeling by Differential,Hillclimbing and Mean filtering.All the process data will be stored to assist problem retrace.
