复合型养老护理员培训体系构建——以攀枝花市为例

Establishment of Training System for Inter-disciplinary Geriatric Care Manager—A Case Study of Panzhihua

随着我国正式进入老龄化社会,老年人群体对疗愈康养、健康保健产生了强烈需要,在养老服务中更好融入临床护理、生活护理、心理保健,实现养老与健康、医疗及心理服务的深入融合,缓解老年人的患病痛苦,更好满足老年人对长寿和健康的需要尤为迫切和必要。现阶段,我国养老护理员总体综合素质还有待进一步提高,难以满足老年人对疗愈康养和健康服务的需求。制约养老护理员素质提升的瓶颈主要体现在护理知识缺乏、持证上岗率低,培训体系不科学、不完善。因此,构建有效的培训体系,全面提升养老护理员职业素养就显得非常的必要和重要。文章深入分析攀枝花市养老护理培训现状,合理借鉴、充分运用现有养老护理培训理论成果和实践经验,精准定位现有培训体系存在的问题和不足,立足实际,建立科学培训体系,规范培训考核标准,构建适合攀枝花市康养产业发展的复合型养老护理员培训体系。

With China’s formal entry into the aging society,the elderly has a strong need for medical care and health care.Therefore,better integration of clinical care,life care,and mental health care into elderly care services,to achieve the in-depth integration of elderly care and health,medical and psychological services,to alleviate the suffering of the elderly,and to better meet the needs of the elderly for longevity and health is particularly urgent and necessary.At the present stage,the overall comprehensive quality of China’s elderly nursing staff needs to be further improved,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the elderly for treatment,rehabilitation and health services.The bottleneck restricting the improvement of the quality of geriatric care manager is mainly reflected in terms of inadequate nursing knowledge,the low rate of certified induction,the insufficiency in training,or the unscientific and faulty training system.Therefore,it is of great importance and necessity to build an effective training system to comprehensively improve the professional quality of geriatric care manager.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis on the current situation of elderly care training in Panzhihua,reasonably draws on and makes full use of the existing theoretical achievements and practical experience,accurately locates the problems and weaknesses of the existing training system,establishes a scientific training system based on reality,standardizes the training and assessment standards,and constructs a inter-disciplinary training system for geriatric care managers suitable for the development of health care industry in Panzhihua.
