基于CiteSpace的养老金个人账户研究动态与展望

Research Trends and Prospects of Individual Pension Account on the Strength of Cite Space

在当前中国多层次多支柱养老金体系建设之际,养老金个人账户改革处于十字路口。为寻求养老金个人账户正确定位,运用Cite Space软件对1997-2022年CSSCI(含扩展版)的1179篇论文样本,进行作者、机构、研究热点及演变脉络等的可视化分析。结果表明:历年发文量呈现先上升后下降趋势;作者及机构合作网络呈现整体分散,部分集中状态;研究热点主要聚焦于养老保险制度模式、名义账户制、个人账户基金、养老金制度改革等方面。得出养老金个人账户沿着做实个人账户→名义账户制→剥离个人账户、发展补充养老保险的路径演变。未来养老金个人账户对接第二,第三支柱养老金账户的改革方案值得研究。

During the construction of multi-level and multi-pillar pension system in China,the reform of individual pension account is at the crossroads.Based on the samples of 1179 papers from CSSCI(including extended edition)from 1997 to 2022,the authors,institutions,research hotspots and evolution were visually analyzed by Cite Space in pursuit of proper orientation of individual account.The result indicates that the number of published papers increased at first and then decreased.The cooperative network of authors and institutions is scattered as a whole and partially centralized.The research hotspots mainly focus on the reform of old-age insurance program,and evolves along the path of replenishing personal account→nominal account system→developing supplementary old-age insurance after divestiture of individual account.Prospectively,the reform scheme of joining individual pension account with the second and third pillar pension accounts deserves further researches.
