科技期刊精准知识服务的运营模式探讨

Probe into the Operational Model for Precise Knowledge-based Services of Journals of Science and Technology Research

随着互联网及人工智能的发展,知识获取方式多样化的产生,科技期刊精准知识服务面临巨大挑战,因此探索科技期刊精准知识服务运营模式,以此扩大期刊的影响力和传播力是非常具有现实意义的。通过文献检索、电话访谈以及经验回顾等方法,文章在分析科技期刊知识服务内涵以及国内外知识服务研究成果的基础上,探讨了平台化知识服务的知识整合路径:内部运行机制、专家智力支持、协同运行机制以及可持续发展模式。同时给出了个性化知识服务的5个切入角度:论文数据提炼、知识包、专家作者问答、巧用知识付费平台和工具、线上线下知识服务。作者认为,知识服务作为新兴产业,科技期刊应结合自身特点和实际情况,通过充分盘活各类知识资源、有效利用互联网和知识服务工具,不断创新打造新的知识产品形态,优化用户使用体验,探寻当下适合于科技期刊精准知识服务的运行模式,以更好地满足读者需求及扩大期刊的影响力。

With the development of the Internet and artificial intelligence and the emergence of diversified knowledge acquisition methods which constitute huge challenges to the precise knowledge-centered services of journals of science and technology research.Therefore,exploring the operational mode of precise knowledge-based services of journals of science and technology research in order to expand their influence and dissemination is of great practical significance.The author,by means of literature retrieval,telephone interviews,and experience review,analyzes the connotation of knowledge-based services of journals of science and technology research on the strength of research results at home and abroad,besides,it discusses the knowledge integration path of platform-based knowledge services including internal operation mechanism,intellectual support of expert,collaborative operation mechanism,and sustainable development model.Meanwhile,five entry points for personalized knowledge services are given:data extraction of research papers,knowledge packs,expert author Q&A,clever use of paid knowledge platforms and tools,on-line and off-line knowledge services.The author believes that,as a new industry,knowledge-based service of journals of science and technology research should integrate its own characteristics and realistic conditions,fully activate various knowledge resources,effectively use the Internet and knowledge service tools,constantly innovate and create new knowledge product forms,optimize user experience,and explore the current operation mode suitable for precise knowledge-based services journals of science and technology research,in order to meet reader’s needs better and expand the influence of journals.
