基于CiteSpace探究“四联全生态”中医药人才培养模式

Explore the TCM talents training mode of four-link ecology based on CiteSpace

培养中医药人才、发展中医高等教育是振兴中医药的核心。当前西部高等教育滞后,人才供需不平衡,严重制约西部建设与发展。本文使用CiteSpace软件,对于近十年中医药人才培养模式进行可视化分析,归纳概括中医人才教育方案的热点与趋势,将当前的中医人才培养模式概括为“一传二交三创四方入”的模式,打造“四联全生态”的中医药人才培养模式。

Training TCM talents and developing higher education of TCM are the core of the revitalization of TCM.At present,the lag of higher education in the western region and the imbalance of talent supply and demand seriously restricts the construction and development of the western region.This paper uses Citespace software to make a visual analysis of the training mode of traditional Chinese medicine talents in the past ten years,summarize the hot spots and trends of the education program of traditional Chinese medicine talents,conclude the current training mode of TCM talents as the mode of one inheritance,two communications,three innovations,and four directions,and create a four-link ecology training mode.
