BOPPPS教学结合三维有限元分析模型在运动系统临床实践教学中的应用

摘要 为探究BOPPPS教学结合三维有限元分析模型在运动系统临床实践教学中的应用效果。本研究以2021年1月—2021年12月的华中科技大学同济医学院第一临床学院2018级临床五年制医学生为研究对象,并随机分为两组,54名学生纳入传统教学组,54名学生纳入BOPPPS教学组。两组学生均由相同的高年资教授团队进行理论授课,临床实践教学由6名高年资主治医师进行带教。传统教学组按照传统实施,BOPPPS教学组按照BOPPPS教学六步骤实施。学生完成运动系统理论和临床实践学习后,统一进行理论知识考核、临床实践考核和问卷调查。结果发现,BOPPPS教学组的考试成绩(88.31±3.90)分稍高于传统教学组(86.46±3.74)分。采用Mini-CEX评估两组学生的临床技能,两组学生的技能考核平均成绩,人文关怀方面两组无显著性差异,其他方面BOPPPS教学组均优于传统教学组。BOPPPS教学组学生在各方面对教学效果的评价均优于传统教学组,各方面学习效果自我评价均优于传统教学组。因此,BOPPPS教学结合三维有限元分析模型不仅改良了教学方法,还利用三维有限元分析帮助学生理解运动系统的复杂解剖结构,能够有效调动医学生学习的积极性,提高医学生的学习效率。 To investigate the effectiveness of BOPPPS based hybrid teaching combined with three-dimensional finite element model in motor system diseases education.In the present study,between January and December 2021,108 students from undergraduates of clinical medicine five-year program grade 2018 in Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group(54)and control group(54).The experimental group received BOPPPS teaching,while the control group received traditional teaching.After teaching,the differences between the two groups in theoretical test and skill assessments were compared.The questionnaire surveys in the experimental group about teaching effectiveness and learning effectiveness were performed.The average score of theoretical test in the experimental group(88.31±3.90)was higher than the control group(86.46±3.74).The scores of skill assessments in experimental group were higher than the control group except in humanistic care.The questionnaire surveys in the experimental group about teaching effectiveness and learning effectiveness self-assessment were better than that in the control group.BOPPPS-based hybrid teaching combined with three-dimensional finite element model can help the students to understand the complex anatomical structures of motor system,and effectively mobilize the learning enthusiasm of the students,improving the learning efficiency of the students.
