过瘤胃氯化胆碱对泌乳后期奶牛生产性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在研究过瘤胃胆碱对泌乳后期奶牛生产性能的影响。选取100头健康荷斯坦牛,年龄3~5岁、胎次2~5胎、奶牛平均泌乳天数200±8d,按照单因素完全随机分组设计,随机分为5组,每组20头,分别在日粮中添加不同水平的过瘤胃氯化胆碱[0、5、10、20、30g/(头·d)],正试期30d。结果表明:①各试验组奶牛产奶量下降幅度均低于对照组。②饲粮添加过瘤胃氯化胆碱(10g/d)对牛奶乳脂率、乳蛋白率、脂蛋比、体细胞数和尿素氮没有显著影响(P>0.05)。③饲粮添加过瘤胃氯化胆碱对奶牛血浆中血糖、β-羟基丁酸、甘油三酯浓度无显著性影响(P>0.05),血糖浓度整体保持平稳,β-羟基丁酸、甘油三酯浓度有降低趋势。提示在奶牛泌乳期200d之后饲喂过瘤胃氯化胆碱与对照组相比相对增加了奶牛产奶量,进而使泌乳曲线更好,可提高整体奶牛产奶量。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of rumen protected choline on the production performance of dairy cows in the later stage of lactation.A total of 100 healthy Holstein cows with age(3-5 years),parity(2-5)and average lactation days(200±8 days)were randomly divided into 5 groups according to the amount of supplementation(0,5,10,20,30g/d),with 20 in each group.The results showed that:①Different amounts of rumen protected choline chloride had no significant effect on milk yield(P>0.05),but relatively increased milk yield of dairy cows.②There was no significant effect of rumen protected choline chloride(10g/d)on milk fat percentage,milk protein percentage,fat-egg ratio,somatic cell count and urea nitrogen(P>0.05).③The concentration of blood glucose,β-hydroxybutyric acid and triglyceride in plasma of dairy cows was not significantly affected by dietary choline chloride in rumen(P>0.05),but the concentration of blood glucose remained stable as a whole,and the concentration ofβ-hydroxybutyric acid and triglyceride decreased.Compared with the control group,feeding rumen protected choline chloride after 200 days of lactation can relatively increase the milk yield of dairy cows,thus improve the lactation curve and increase the overall milk yield of dairy cows.
