PM_(2.5)致人群死亡在线计算平台(Mortality@PM)的初步应用

摘要 本研究开发了一个交互友好,输入简便的PM_(2.5)致多种疾病死亡人数的在线计算平台。以缺血性心脏病、中风、肺癌、下呼吸道感染、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、2型糖尿病六种疾病为代表,本研究根据PM_(2.5)致不同疾病死亡的计算公式,借助于R shiny的交互功能,实现了在线计算平台搭建,成功开发了PM_(2.5)致上述六种疾病死亡的在线计算平台Mortality@PM(https://pm25.hhra.net)。借助于输入条件设置、数据上传以及结果计算这三步骤,Mortality@PM可实现不同地区PM_(2.5)致多种疾病死亡的准确且快速评估。Mortality@PM的应用有助于细颗粒物所致多种疾病死亡人数的快速以及标准化评估。 This study developed an online platform with user-friendly interface and data entry for calculating the number of deaths in various diseases caused by fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)).Six representative diseases,i.e.,ischemic heart disease,stroke,lung cancer,lower respiratory tract infection,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and type 2 diabetes,were conducted to develop the online platform Mortality@PM(https://pm25.hhra.net)based on the formulae for calculating the number of deaths caused by PM_(2.5)in different diseases and the interactive function of R shiny.With the three steps of input parameter setting,data uploading,and result calculation,Mortality@PM enables accurate and rapid assessment of PM_(2.5)-induced deaths from various diseases in different regions.The application of Mortality@PM facilitates rapid and standardized assessment of deaths from multiple diseases caused by PM_(2.5).
